SHIPPING POLICY

1 INTRODUCTION

Our company will make every effort to complete your order for the product(s) you ordered and listed on the Shipping Confirmation by the delivery date set or in case no delivery date has been set, within the time provided by the statute of limitations of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. 

However, delays may occur in cases such as adapting the products to the customer's requirements, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will notify you and offer you the option of either continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date from us, or canceling the order with a full refund.

We inform you that we do not make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. For the purposes of these Terms, "delivery" shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has obtained physical possession or control of the products, the which will be proven by the signature of the proof of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address. 

1. SHIPPING COSTS - REFUND   

Regardless of the payment method (via credit/debit card or cash on delivery), any cash on delivery costs are borne by the customer-buyer in any case and are paid by the latter to the employee of the courier company upon receipt of the products.  

The eshop www.hoistathens.gr cooperates with SPEEDEX for sending products and delivery services.

The company  carries out deliveries on Mondays - Fridays  between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

 

2. SHIPPING TIME
The delivery time for shipments to Greece:
- Within Attica: 1 - 3 working days
- Rest of Greece and hard-to-reach areas: 2 - 5 working days
