RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract (except in the case of any of the goods referred to in paragraph 2 below, where the right of withdrawal is not granted) within 14 calendar days without reason.  

The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days have passed from the day you have proven receipt of any of the products you purchased from our company,

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can inform us of this decision either by sending an email to: hoist.athens@gmail.com, or by calling +306948727374, or by writing to our contact form, expressing your decision to withdraw from this Agreement in an express manner (eg by sending a letter or an email). You can also use the ready-made withdrawal form that you can view and download here. 

To withdraw in time, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. As a consumer you return the goods to us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 3g of Law 2251/1994. The deadline is met if you send the goods back to us before the expiry of the 14 calendar day period.

As a consumer, you only bear the direct cost of returning the goods. 

The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.  

In the event of withdrawal from this Contract, we will refund to you without delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of the withdrawal, all payments received by us from you, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Subject to the above, we have the right to delay refunding your payment until we have received all products back.

You are responsible for any impairment of the value of the products as a result of such treatment that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality.

 

2. REFUND RIGHTS

You cannot withdraw from the contract when the good is any of the following products:  

Products tailored to customer needs (made just for you).
Sealed products, which are not suitable for return for health reasons, and which have been opened after delivery. Products which, after delivery, due to their nature, are integral parts and joined with other elements.

Your right to withdraw from the Contract only applies to products that are returned in exactly the same condition as when you received them. No refund will be given if the product has been used after being opened, worn or washed, if the product is not in the exact same condition as delivered or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you must take due care of the products while they are in your possession. 

You must return the products undamaged and in perfect condition using or including their original packaging, instructions and any other document that may accompany the products (e.g. Invoice Receipt, Retail Receipt, marketing material or any other promotional material etc.) .

In any case, you must return the products together with the receipt you received upon delivery. 

Upon withdrawal, the respective products must be returned as follows:

Courier returns

If you choose to return a product via a courier company, you should contact us via our online contact form or by phone +306948727374 to inform us of your action so that we are also aware and able to organize the receipt of the product(s). You must return the product in the same packaging as you received it following the instructions described in the "RETURNS" section of this website. Please note that if you wish to return the goods to us by any other means (such as by consignee charge), we have the right to charge you for the direct costs we may incur in receiving the goods by him. After we have examined the returned product in detail, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund, provided that you have exercised your rights within the legal deadline and provided that all the goods that make up the package are returned intact and in perfect condition.

The refund will be paid as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. Subject to the above, we can however withhold the refund either until we receive all the products back.  

The refund will always be made using the same method as the payment made during your purchase. 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us as described above.

3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event that you consider that the product you received does not, at the time of delivery, comply with the terms of the contract, you should contact us immediately via our online contact form, describing in detail the product and the defect it has, or by calling us at +306948727374 and we will give you instructions for further actions.

We will carefully examine the returned product and inform you via e-mail within a reasonable time if you are entitled to a refund or replacement (if applicable). 

The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirm to you by e-mail or phone call that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product.
In the case of defective products, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs and any other reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the product. Your refund will be made using the same method as the payment at the time of purchase. Your legal rights under applicable law are not affected.  

 

4. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS

In case you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you received, then you have the possibility to make a change within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

To make the change you must:

I. The products to be exchanged must be in excellent condition, not washed, not worn and with the accompanying tags in place. 

II. Contact us by email ( hoist.athens@gmail.com ) or phone (+306948727374) notifying us of the change. You must provide us with your order number as well as the code of the product you are replacing and the code of the product you wish to receive. You will need to complete the return form received with your order and place it in the packaging along with the product(s) and proof of purchase, which will be returned to you with the new exchange order.

III. Contact the nearest Courier store and send us the products to be exchanged with the recipient's fee (in case you choose a different Courier company, the fee will be borne solely by you).

As soon as we receive your return and determine the marketable condition of the product(s), your new order will proceed immediately.

*Due to the volume of returns and the workload of the courier company, there may be delays in order deliveries.

 

5. COMMENTS

The online store reserves the right to repeal or legally modify its return policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.

In case of repeated returns by the consumer, the online store reserves the right to refuse to accept a product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met.
