The Hoist gift card has an electronic form and prepaid value. It is not a debit, credit or other physical card and is sent to the recipient in the form of a code that they can use for their purchases exclusively in the HOIST online store.

HOIST is not responsible for cases where the gift card has not been delivered to the recipient due to an incorrect email entry. In such a case please contact us by sending e-mail or call us on the contact number.
In case you have entered a correct recipient email but the gift card has not been delivered to you, please ask the recipient to check their spam/unwanted emails.

The gift card has no redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can a cash advance be made for any portion of the value loaded on the card at the time of purchase.
 
The gift card cannot be cancelled. 


What can be purchased with the gift card?
The gift card can only be used for purchases of products from the HOIST collection and our store via www.hoistathens.gr

When purchasing with the gift card the remaining amount will not be refunded in cash, but the remaining value will expire. Gift card credit must be used on one purchase.


Validity Period
The gift card can be used for purchases from www.hoistathens.gr for 1 year from the date of purchase.
After the period of one year after the date of purchase, the gift card can no longer be used (even if the card still contains the price charged at the time of purchase).
