The Yuman Ground Ritual is for you who easily gets distracted, feel anxious or insecure, and want to land within yourself and feel more grounded and get a confidence boost.
 
If you have a lot of fleeting thoughts and find it hard to get your priorities in order, it’s great to spend some time slowing down and feeling the connection with the earth you are walking on.
 
Take time with your stones and fill them with your intentions. Then keep the stones close to you as you tackle your challenges or sit quietly to allow yourself to be boosted along with your ritual.
 
 
Ground Ritual
Light your Palo Santo and sit down comfortable.
Breath in deeply and exhale slowly.
Hold one or more of your crystals in your hands.
Sit quietly for 10-15 minutes and focus on one of the following affirmations:

"I am deeply rooted and stable like a tree.
I trust that I am supported by the Universe.
With every breath, I release the anxiety and fear within me."
 
Stretch your arms, legs, hands, feet, neck and back.
Start the day calm and grounded and ready for today’s challenges!
